You want to exchange or return your product? Follow these three quick and easy steps.
Within 14 days of receiving your order you can exchange or return your product(s) and we will make sure that you will receive your purhcase amount back on your bank account within 5 business days.
Step 1: Click here to download the return form and fill it in completely.
Step 2: Send your order. Make sure that you send the return form and the invoice together with the products to the address mentioned in the form and include a track & trace code. You as the sender will be responsible for the package. We do not want any miscommunications since sincerity is very important to us.
Step 3: Receive your money back on your bank account. When we have received the package we will make sure that your purchase amount will be back on your bank account within 5 business days.
